Armenia has established itself as one of the most student-friendly regions in Eastern Europe for medical education. This is the reason why Indian students are turning out to be opting to pursue MBBS in Armenia:
The full course MBBS will cost between INR 18 lakhs to INR 39 lakhs,(19,468.24 - 42,181.19) which is much lower than the fees at private medical colleges in India.
Before going into the details, here is a quick snapshot of what studying MBBS in Armenia looks like:

The number of Indian students pursuing MBBS in Armenia has increased significantly over the past decade. All these factors, together with the low cost of Armenian MBBS, English instruction, and NMC accreditation, make it a truly powerful alternative to the high-cost private medical colleges in India.
At present, more than 2,000 Indian students are studying at Armenian medical universities. The majority of them are in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Karnataka, where competition to get into the NEET is toxic, and the costs of studying at private colleges are unaffordable for many families.
A lack of any of these conditions can result in the refusal of permanent registration in India. Keep all the documents, NEET scorecard, admission letter, course duration certificate, and internship certificate.
It is the question that all Indian students need to answer beforehand before they apply. Yes, the Armenian MBBS degree will be accepted in India, provided you comply with the NMC rules during your studies. A degree from an NMC-approved university in Armenia is not sufficient.
Even after completing their MBBS in Armenia, Indian students will not be eligible for permanent registration in India. Armenian universities do not use the NEET score to gain access to educational institutions; nevertheless, it is a compulsory documentation to NMC recognition in India.
Eligibility based on NEET requires passing the NMC-set mark for that year. After passing NEET, you can apply for MBBS admission at NMC-approved universities in Armenia.
Here is a direct comparison to help you decide:

NMC recognition is not a mere box. It is the factor which will make or break your 6 years of hard work and the money of your family in getting a medical license in India or not. FMGE or NEXT can only be taken by students who are NMC-approved students as well as having completed all the rules of NMC compliance (NEET, 54 months study, 12 months internship, NMC eligibility certificate).
In case you attend a university that is not listed on the NMC or WDOMS list, you will graduate with your MBBS, but you cannot practice in India. Always verify before you pay.
