Refund / No-Refund Policy

All About Doctor provides consultancy services to assist you in MBBS admissions, visa & documentation, etc. Please read this Refund / No-Refund Policy carefully. By using our services, you agree to its terms.

Scope

This policy applies to all paid services offered by All About Doctor including counselling fees, document processing, visa assistance, test preparation, accommodation booking fees, etc.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund (partial or full) under the following circumstances:

If we cannot deliver the service promised (e.g. university does not issue admission letter after we validated you met criteria)

Full refund minus non-recoverable costs (e.g. document fees, bank charges).

If you cancel before we start any work / before we incur costs (e.g. before document translation / apostille / visa application)

Typically full refund minus any bank transfer / processing fees.

If you cancel after we have started processing your application (documents submitted / translation/apostille started)

Partial

Refund will be proportionate to the portion of service already delivered.

After we deliver the full service (offer letter / visa support etc.), or once a service milestone is passed

No refund applicable.

No-Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after services have begun or after commitments have been made (e.g. after we have purchased services on your behalf or made non-refundable payments).
  • You fail to fulfill requirements (e.g. submitting valid documents, meet deadlines, visa interview, etc.) which are outside our control.
  • Visa rejection due to providing incomplete / false information, or failing to attend interviews.
  • Impacts from events beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, or regulatory changes in destination countries.

     

How to Request Refund

  • You must submit a refund request in writing (by email to info@allaboutdoctor.in), providing details: name, service(s) paid for, date of payment, reason for refund.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of the request within 7 business days.
  • We will investigate and inform you of the outcome within 15 business days from receipt.

     

Refund Payment Method

  • Refunds will be made via the same method you used to pay, unless otherwise agreed.
  • You are responsible for any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other fees deducted by payment processors.

     

Changes to Refund Policy

We may change this Refund / No-Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a “Last updated” date. Changes do not apply retroactively to requests made before the change.
