No Refund Once Admission Letter Is Issued
Please be informed that we do not offer any refunds once the admission letter is issued by the university.
This policy is strictly enforced and applies in all situations, including but not limited to:
- Change of decision by the student or parent
- Failure to arrange travel documents or visa
- Personal, academic, or financial concerns after university confirmation
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
Why This Policy Exists
Once an admission letter is issued by the university, the seat is blocked, and official documentation is generated on behalf of the student. These steps involve administrative costs, coordination with international institutions, and non-recoverable expenses. Therefore, we are unable to process any refund beyond this stage.
